Integration

Integration is not optional.

Lack of integration looks like disconnection— from self, from body, from community, from purpose. It often shows up as intensity without grounding, insight without application, or openness without boundaries.

Our Women's Ministry is offering a free Plant Medicine Integration Call every Monday evening @ 6:30PM EST via Zoom.

This is a peer-to-peer community space, open to all women — not a class, not therapy, and not a structured program.

Some come to share, others simply to listen and hold space. You’re welcome just as you are. Both are equally valuable.

How it works:

  • Open to All Women: All paths, all identities, all women are welcome.

  • Held Weekly on Zoom: Link posted at the top of the page.

  • Confidential & Sacred: Cameras must remain on to honor presence. What’s shared in circle stays in circle.

  • No Obligation to Speak: Participation can mean silent presence, holding space in community.

  • Peer-Led & Volunteer-Based: Nobody is paid to hold this space — it is an offering of fellowship and service.

  • Safe & Non-Judgmental: This is a circle of mutual respect, presence, and compassion.

Our Intention:

This weekly offering is a living practice of community, care, and fellowship — a chance to give and receive support in a sacred container of presence in a world of disconnection.

We gather in reverence and sincerity, simply to be present with one another. Join the next free call below!

Sovereign Spiritual Ministries is a charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious organization funded solely by community members at this time. Every contribution helps keep the community candle burning.
